Nancy Lee (Nagel) Caldwell(1938 - 2012)

Nancy Lee Caldwell of Sedalia, Missouri, passed away in Fort Collins, Colorado on Thanksgiving morning surrounded by her loving family. Nancy was born in Sedalia, Missouri to William and Mabel Nagel on March 25, 1938.

Nancy graduated from Wichita High School North in Wichita, Kansas. In 1958, she married Jerry Sanderson and had two children, William Mark and Lori Sue Sanderson. At 55, Nancy attended Colorado Christian College and obtained her masters in human resources. She worked in the wind energy industry at Rocky Flats near Denver, Colorado. After retiring, she and Jerry moved to Sedalia, Missouri. Nancy and her cousin, Sherry Thompson, opened up an antique boutique in Blackwater, Missouri called Cousin's Corners. In 1999, Jerry passed away and later Nancy married Dean Caldwell. She was a devoted member of the Church of Christ, loved art, antiques, and cats!

She is predeceased by her first husband, Jerry Sanderson and daughter, Lori Sue Sanderson.

She is survived by her husband, Dean Caldwell; mother, Mabel Nagel; sister, Sue White; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Kimmy Sanderson; four grandchildren: William Page Sanderson, Nina Karri Kile, Stiles Camerson Sanderson, and Shelby Berlynn Sanderson; and seven great-grandchildren.
