Jack Wayne Gipson (1938 - 2012)

Jack Wayne Gipson, 74, of Sedalia, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center in Sedalia. He was born on February 10, 1938 in Carns, Nebraska, a son of Kenneth and Vivian (Pease) Gipson.

On April 30, 1961, in Florence, MO, he was united in marriage to Joanne Swim, who survives of the home.

Jack served his country honorably in the United States Army.

He was a delivery and service technician for Culligan Water Condtioning. He loved to square dance and he belonged to the "Ozark Whirlers" in Eldon, and "Diamond B's" in Sedalia.

Besides his wife, he is survived by: three sisters, one brother-in-law, and neices and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends are invited to a memorial graveside service that will be held at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetary in Higginsville, MO, on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 11:00 am.
