Mark Paul Alyea, 55, of Sedalia passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Bothwell
Regional Health Center. He was born on May 13, 1957, in San Francisco, CA, a
son of Joe Eugene and Millie (Brannan) Alyea.
On September 25, 1993, in Sedalia, he was united in marriage to Brenda
McCormick, who survives of the home.
Mark managed the family antique store, "The Pink Mall" for many years. He
enjoyed selling and collecting vinyl records, especially The Beatles. He served
his country honorably in the US Air Force from 1974 to 1981.
Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by two children, Joe Alyea of De
Moines, IA and Sabrina Alyea of Branson, MO; two grandsons, Dylan and Izak; one
brother, Mike Alyea (Syd) of Lincoln, MO; stepfather, Jack Smith of Otterville;
stepson, Scott Stupar of Morgantown, WV; stepdaughter, Jaime Tyson of Branson,
MO; two step grandsons, Tyler and Jacob.
He was preceded in death by his father.
