Marsha Beth Eckhoff, 60, of Blackwater, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Eckhoff was born July 23, 1953, in Sedalia, MO to D.I. and Martha (Hinken) Sevier.
She married John Eckhoff on February 11, 1972 in LaMonte, MO, who survives of the home. She taught school for 28 years in the LaMonte, Leeton, Blackwater and Otterville School districts. She was a member of the Blackwater Church of Christ and Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed watching Cardinal baseball.
She is survived by her husband of the home; one son, Benjamin (Melissa) Eckhoff, of Columbia; one grandson, Elija Eckhoff; and one brother, Daniel Sevier, of Sedalia.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM, Monday, October 7, 2013 at the Blackwater Church of Christ, with burial in the Old Lamine Cemetery near Blackwater. Visitation will be Sunday evening, October 6, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Pilot Grove. Memorials are suggested to the
