Patricia Anne (Triggs) Rhoads (1934 - 2013)

Patricia Anne Rhoads, age 79, of Smithton passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was born on June 6, 1934 in Winfield, Kansas, daughter of Alfred L and Pattie Barnard Triggs.

She was married on December 27, 1951 in Sedalia to Henry F. Rhoads, and he survives of the home. Patricia was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church. She enjoyed painting, attending to her flowers, and also enjoyed horses. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter; Debbi Wiskur, and her husband, Robert E. of Smithton, one son, David Rhoads of Kansas City, Missouri, two grandchildren: Robert Neil Wiskur, and his wife, Dawnette, and Trisha D. Voellinger, and her husband, Tony, four great grandchildren: Addison E. Wiskur, Lillian O. Wiskur, Erin D. Voellinger, and Ashlea T. Voellinger.

She was preceded in death by her beloved stepfather; Charles Spaits, daughter-in-law; Cynthia A. Rhoads, great granddaughter; Brionna Clark.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Colflesh officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Robert E. Wiskur, Neil Wiskur, Roy Rhoads, Tony Voellinger, Ashlea Voellinger and Dawnette Wiskur.

Friends may call after 9:00 A.M. Tuesday. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tueday, June 18, 2013 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Salem Cemetery northeast of Sedalia. The family suggest memorials to Salem Cemetery Association. You may leave condolences online at ewingschuttesemlerfh.com
