Clark Jr., David R. - Finchville  
David R. Clark Jr., 87, of Finchville, passed away on May 18, 2015, in Louisville. He retired from Deans Foods in 1988, was an army veteran, and was a member of Finchville Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, David R. Clark Sr. and Effie Shields Clark; sisters, Dorothy Louise Clark and Gertrude Clark Casey. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Marie Grigsby Clark; daughters, Kathy Humphrey (Earl) and Sue Connelly (Mike); 4 grandchildren, Jennifer Humphrey Mattingly (Jeremy), Diane Humphrey Hilbert (Dwayne), Christopher Connelly and Douglas Connelly; 9 great grandchildren; and nephew, Ray Clark Casey (Judy). Funeral will be Saturday, May 23, at 2 p.m. at the Shannon Funeral Home. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 10-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial at Grove Hill Cemetery. Covington, Mark Anthony - Pleasureville  
Mark Anthony Covington, 52, of Pleasureville, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015, in Louisville. He was a native of Shelbyville. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Waller Covington. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lisa Covington of Pleasureville; mother, Shirley Shouse of Shelbyville; sons, Joshua and David Franklin, both of Henry County; daughter, Jessica Chesser of Shelbyville; and 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Shannon Funeral Home. Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bagdad Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made toward the cost of the funeral expenses.

Crawhorn Jr., Joe - Shelbyville  
Joe Crawhorn Jr., 85, of Shelbyville, died Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at 10:30 p.m. at his home. He was born Oct. 26, 1929, in Adair County, to the late Joe and Lou Bell Coomer Crawhorn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda West. Survivors include his wife, Emily Mroch Crawhorn of Shelbyville; sons, Ralph Crawhorn of Richmond, Shelby Crawhorn of Chicago, Ill.; daughter, Patricia Staggs of Crossville, Tenn.; brother, Bruce Crawhorn of Chicago, Ill.; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 23 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Saturday.
