Barbara Sue Ruble, 61, of Pleasureville died Sunday, November 19, 2017 in Shelbyville.
She was a member of Shelby Christian Church. She was employed at Blooms Florist in La Grange.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Slucher Jr. & Bernice Louise Rogers Slucher; and step-father, Mercer Peters
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Wallace 'Wally' Ruble, Pleasureville; daughter, Allyson Austin (Justin), Frankfort; son, Michael Ruble (Laura), Shelbyville; brother, David Slucher (Wanda), Frankfort; sisters, June Carol Quire, Frankfort; Wanda Ethington (Jake), Shelbyville; granddaughters, Shelby Gordon, Adalyn Austin and grandson, Zane Austin, all of Frankfort.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Shannon Funeral Home. Visitation will be 3-8 P.M. Friday, November 24th at the funeral home. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.

Wally and family. So shocked to hear of barbara's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I still remember all our fun working together in Records. She was a great person with a radiant personality. Lots of love and prayers.
