Christopher Logan Browne, 44, of Midlothian VA, formerly of Shelby county Kentucky, passed away suddenly Wednesday November 28, 2018. Chris loved UK basketball, classic country music and spending time fishing and boating with his family and friends. Chris was a member of the Pleasureville United Methodist Church and attended LifePoint Christian Church, Toano, Va. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Witt; paternal grandparents, Albert and Martha Browne and maternal grandparents, Jay Applegate and Loraine Applegate Cates. Chris is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne Logan Browne; his wife, Marielle Mattei; his parents, Albert and Gayle Browne; two sisters, Tia Nicole Browne and Tanya Gayle Eaves; his niece, Sierrah Jayde Browne, nephews Grayson Eaves, Tyler Witt, Taryn Witt, Taelor Witt and Taegan Witt as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Following cremation a memorial service will be held 12 Noon Tuesday December 4th at Vincent Funeral Home, 9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA. The family will receive friends from 10 AM-12 Noon prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "Cheyenne Logan Browne Educational Fund" at C&F Bank, P.O. Box 391, West Point, VA 23181 or at any C&F Bank location.
