Judy Rose Cook, 59, Shelbyville, died unexpectedly Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at her home. A native of Pueblo, CO, she was the daughter of the late Lowell and Delores Vandenbark. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army. She formerly worked at the Masonic Home of Shelbyville for 15 years as a certified nursing assistant. She attended Highland Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, one sister, Loann Vandenbark, preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, Mark Cox of Shelbyville and Kenneth Cook of Monticello, IN, one sister, Helen Wilson of Wichita, KS and four grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes, cremation was selected. The cremated remains will be interred at Lebanon National Cemetery on Friday, March 22 at 1:30 p.m. with military honors.
