FINCHVILLE-Lonnie Eades, 79, of Finchville, died on Thursday, the 5th day of July, 2018, at his residence. Born in Madison County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Russell Charles and Mary Audra Reams Eades. He was a Veteran having served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1961. He was a proud farmer and Kentucky Colonel. A member of the Finchville Ruritan Club, he was a former member of Fisherville Baptist Church.

His survivors include his wife, Annie Eades of Finchville; his daughters, Victoria Mitchell and her husband, Kenneth, of Frankfort and Diana Lane and her husband, Rob, of Clayvillage; his sons, David Eades and his wife, Carol, of Fishers, Indiana, and Danny Eades and his wife, Julie, of Finchville; his brothers, Elmer Eades and his wife, Betty, of Bowling Green, Wayne Eades and his wife, Paula, of Cropper, and Ralph Eades of Henryville, Indiana; his sisters, Margaret Tingle and her husband, Jodey, of Frankfort and Elaine Alexander; his thirteen grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, the 10th day of July, 2018, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville with Reverend Jonathan Saunders Officiating. Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be, from 2:00 P.M., until 8:00 P.M., Monday, 9 July 2018, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville, and Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Finchville Baptist Church.
