Minnie Jane Cranmer Scrogham, 85, died Friday, Dec. 7 in Shelbyville. She was a native of Lincoln County and was a member of the Harrisonville Pentecostal Church. She had been a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Cranmer and Mary Martha Nation Cranmer; her husband, Chester Scrogham; her brothers, Tom Cranmer and James Cranmer; and her sisters, Nellie Scrogham and Margaret Cranmer. She is survived by her daughters, Linda McClease (Jerry) of Waddy, Lorita Edwards (Mike) of Shelbyville, Kathy Kastor (Woogie) of Henryville, IN, Deanna Chesser (Dale) of Mt. Eden, Dawn Stalling (Steven) of Simpsonville; her sons, Leroy Scrogham (Candi) of Waddy, Dennis Scrogham (Terri) of Waddy, and Mark Scrogham (Latricia) of Thayer, MO; her brothers, Marshal Cranmer of Boston and Jack Cranmer of Lebanon Junction; her sisters, Christine Burgin of Harrisonville, Helen Jo Tingle of Bardstown, Stella Dever of Louisville, Erma Wilson of Lebanon Junction, and Corine Frazier of Lebanon Junction; and 32 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Harrisonville Pentecostal Church. Visitation: 3-9 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial: Pigeon Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.
