Debra Ann Satterley, 48, of Shelbyville, died on Sunday, the 8th day of June, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Born in Louisville, she was the daughter of the late Bobby Redman and Joyce Ann Coomer Burk. She was a member of the New Life Baptist Church of Waddy, where she assisted in the clothing drives. A former supervisor at the Kroger in Shelbyville, she also worked in Kentucky State Government in various capacities, most recently as a supply specialist. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and going to the beaches of South Carolina and Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Burk. A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, she was loved by all who knew her. Her survivors include her son, Odis Satterley and his wife, Shauna, of Frankfort; and her four grandchildren, Haven, Mason, Aiden, and Falyn. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville, with Rev. William H. Brumley officiating. Interment will be in the Grove Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
