John Milton Dutton Jr., 84, of Shelbyville, died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Masonic Home of Shelbyville. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church. He was a member of American Radio Relay League of America, worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years, UAW member and US Army veteran serving in The Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Milton Dutton, Sr., and Viola Jones Dutton; and his first wife, Helen J. Dutton. He is survived by his wife, Anna Ruth Warford Dutton, Shelbyville; son, Danny L. Dutton (Penny), Simpsonville; grandsons, Alex B. Dutton and Nathan M. Dutton, Louisville; stepsons, Ricky Warford (Karen); Kevin Warford (Melinda); both of Shelbyville; Michael Warford (Wendy), Waddy; step daughter, Marcia Mitchum (Gary), Waddy; 7 step grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren; and sister, Mary Alice Raymer, New Castle. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Shannon Funeral Home with Rev. Bill George and Rev. David Head officiating. Visitation will be 4-8 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in New Castle Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Highland Baptist Church Building Fund, 511 Mt. Eden Road, Shelbyville, KY 40065.
