To Ralph and all the family, sincerest condolences on the loss of a very great lady. I went to Giannini Jr. High with Ralph, but really got to know Ruth when I was a lifeguard for many years at the Larsen (Sava) Pool on 19th Avenue. Ruth and Margaret were too of the nicest ladies I have ever known, as well as generous: spoiling the staff with their excellent baking skills. Always a pleasure to see them and I remember Ruth with great fondness. Bless her memory and may she rest in peace. Mike Phipps
