Lidia Bermani BERMANI, Lidia "Nonnie" - Passed away peacefully at home on February 10, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Lidia was born in Dazio, Italy to her parents Guglielmo Torsani and Laura Bari on August 24, 1932. After leaving Italy and moving to San Francisco, she fell in love with her beloved and wonderful husband Paul Bermani. Together they created a loving family. Lidia is survived by her four children: Lora Bermani, Dennis Bermani, Esther Schaukowitch and Marilyn Baum. She leaves behind six grandkids: Paul, Krystle, Sarah, Michele, Sharon and Jason; and three great grandkids. Lidia was the center and heart of her family - she was a loving wife, a caring mother and a truly amazing grandmother. She was a very special person and had her own way of showing one she cared. Her most treasured moments were spent in Placerville, in her backyard and at home surrounded by her family. She truly took pride in her family and spent a lot of time raising her grandkids. Lidia will always be remembered for her great strength, her endless feistiness and her heart of gold. She was a very strong woman who provided constant guidance and love to her family. Lidia will be missed beyond belief.
Private services will be held.
