Amanda A. Filios

Passed away peacefully Thurs. April 18, 2013 after 10 years of Alzheimers Disease, age 90 years.


Beloved wife of the late Peter S. Filios. Loving mother of Stephen (Christie) Filios, and Ann Filios. Dear sister of Helen Lorenzini and sister in law of Pauline Adler, Nick Felios, Joel Filios and the Late Bess Pinoris. Adored Yaya of Christopher, Stephanie, and Sean and Great Yaya of Savannah. Also, survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A longtime resident of San Bruno and one of the founding families of St. Roberts Church.


Amanda was the consummate volunteer. She loved her family time, coffee, music, dance and golf. She will be missed and always in our hearts.


Vigil service will be Weds. April 24th at 7 P.M. at Cusimano Family Colonial Mortuary, 96 W. El Camino Real, Mtn. View. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thurs. April 25th at 10:30 A.M. at St. Josephs Church, 582 Hope St., Mtn. View. Inurnment Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno. In lieu of flowers contributions preferred to the of No. CA., 1060 La Avenida St., Mtn.View, CA 94043.
