Jeffrey Johnson

Jeffrey Scott Johnson Jeff passed away unexpectedly on the morning of November 26, 2012 at the age of 52. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Peggy Johnson, daughters Kaitlyn (14) and Bridget (11) Johnson, parents Bill and Jeanne Johnson, brother Stuart Johnson, sister Cyndy Johnson Bodenlos, brother-in-law Tom Bodenlos, and niece and nephew Lauren and Bryan Bodenlos.
Jeff was born in Torrance, CA, and grew up in Palos Verdes, CA, before moving to Hillsborough, CA in 1969. He attended West School, Crocker Middle School and graduated from San Mateo High School in 1978. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in Troop 10, Burlingame and was the leader of the Elite Patrol on the 16 day/100 mile Scout Sierra Trek in 1978. He then attended U.C. Santa Barbara and Sacramento State, before graduating from San Francisco State with a BS in Accounting. He furthered his education with an MBA from Golden Gate University. Jeff worked as a Senior Project Manager for Oracle until his death.
Jeff was a passionate golfer, softball player, tennis and water polo player, backpacker, scuba diver and hiker. He found great joy in coaching his daughters' softball teams. He loved camping with friends and family, as well as casual get togethers. He also thoroughly enjoyed his sports teams and going to concerts. He touched many lives with his presence and his wonderful smile will be missed by all.
