Froreino Gemignani Obituary

Froreino Gemignani 1924-2011 A native San Franciscan, Froreino passed away on January 2nd, at the age of 86, surrounded by his family. He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 56 years, Delia; his brother, Reno; & sister-in-law Juliana. He is survived by his loving children David Gemignani, Paul (Barbara) Gemignani, & Joyce (Kenneth) Webb; his adored grandchildren Christopher & Michelle Gemignani; his cherished great-grandchildren Brandon, Kevin, Jacob, & Juliet; his sister Jennie (Steve) Balich; sisters-in-law Tina & Lia; & and numerous nieces, nephews, & friends. A proud Army veteran of WWII, Froreino had a passion for fishing. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. Friends may visit on Wednesday after 3:00 PM and are invited to attend the Vigil Service also on Wednesday at 5:30 PM and the Funeral Service on Thursday at 10:00 AM from the Chapels of Valente Marini Perata & Co., 4840 Mission St., SF thence to St. Elizabeth Church (Somerset and Wayland Sts., SF) where a 10:30 AM Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Committal to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Colma. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.vmpandco.com.
