Paul and I were roommates at Camp Mather during the summer of `62. We also attended St. Gabriel´s together, Class of `58. What a great summer we shared together including hitchhiking to Yosemite Valley on our day off. R.I.P. Paul, I often think of you and your family.

Dear Linda,
We are saddened to hear of Paul's passing. He was a true gentleman and were pleased to have had the pleasure of knowing him. We are happy to know that he spent some of his best last days at the river. We will miss his smile and hugs but many memories will keep his spirit alive. He will be missed by many at OFRC. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I would like to extend my sincere sympathy to Paul's family. I worked with Paul in the firehouse and at radio. He was a great guy and he loved to fish as much as I did. He will be missed by us all. God bless you Paul.

I'll never forget the wry look Paul could give ... sort of an "Oh? Yeah? Right!" at Station 14. Good times Buddy, we'll all miss you.

Paul was a great childhood friend. We grew up on 39th Avenue in SF together. He could light up the room with his smile that was always ear to ear. . . Great golfer, but Dave was correct - he had problems putting.
Paul was always good to me and he will remain in our wedding album forever as he was "Best Man" at our wedding.

To Paul's wife and family, I am sorry for your loss. To Paul, a great fireman friend, and great Lake Don Pedro water-ski buddie, with fond memories, I will miss you Paul. You always took the time to be so nice to my daughter on those trips as well. Here is to the after-life Paul. May they have smooth water, and the perfect water-ski for you.

Paul and I attended St. Gabriel's as classmates. In the summer of 1962 we were room mates while working
at Camp Mather. I'll neve forget the adventures we
shared together in what was the most wonderful summer
of our lives. Rest in peace Paul. Mike Dower.

For those of us who spent many happy years working and
having fun with him, this is a sobering loss. Every time I look
at my kayak, christened the "My Pal Paulie" in his honor (and to get his goat) during the early eighties I remember those happy, carefree days. I will miss him.

An old friend who was like a son to my dad. A helluva golfer but if he could only putt!
