Pierre Ourtiague died suddenly at home on October 22, 2016. He was born Iholdy, France in the Basque Region on November 7, 1935. At the age of four the family moved to Lantabat where he was raised. Pierre is survived by his loving wife of fifty-three years, Denise Ourtiague, cherished children Christian Ourtiague (Áine), Daniel Ourtiague (Michelle), Evelyne Ourtiague-Young (Edgar) and Diane Arduain (Patrick), his loving grandchildren, Joelle, Nicole, Katrina, Ellande, Sabina and Tehexa, his brother Jean and sister Catherine.
