Segilfredo Marcos Obituary
Fred was born December 2, 1928 in Bulacan, Philippines, the son of the late Theodoro Marcos and the late Antonina (De Villar) Marcos.
Fred Proudly graduated from Mapúa Institute of Technology with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1951. He worked at the National Irrigation Administration in the Philippines, Bechtel Corporation in San Francisco and Raymond Kaiser Engineers in Oakland.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Eleanore; daughters, Marvie Marcos-Lopez and Jing Sancho; son in-law, Rene Sancho; and grandchildren, D'Andre Alvin Lopez and Adrienne Sancho.
Visitation will be at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home, 1850 W. Texas St., Fairfield on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1050 N. Texas St., Fairfield at 10 AM. Burial to follow at Suisun-Fairfield Cemetery.
