Anthony Mansanares

Anthony Nels Mansanares April 12, 1974 - Nov 25, 2010 Anthony passed away suddenly on Thanksgiving morning at the age of 36. Ant was a devoted and loving father to Sierra, age 14 from Madison, Alabama. He was born in San Francisco on April 12, 1974 and moved to San Bruno in 1985. Anthony had recently returned to San Bruno and was able to spend his last days with his Mom and Dad. After attending Capuchino High School (Class of 1992), Anthony enlisted in the US Army, where he served in Germany for 7 years as a Calvary Scout. When he was honorably discharged he stayed in Georgia and attended Georgia Southern University. Anthony was an avid sports fan who knew all of the draft picks and trades for all sports. In his early years he attended many A's games with his grandma and their friend Larry, but in his heart he was a Giants fan. He arranged for his dad Dan to attend his first Ball Dude camp as a Father's Day gift. He taught his daughter to ski while working at Heavenly Ski Resort. Although he did not get to live a long life, his life was full of love, family and friends. Ant was a generous man with his love, making friends where ever he went. Besides his daughter Sierra, Anthony is also survived by his Mother and Step-father Jeannie & Dan McLinden, Grandparents Lenore & Albert Flores and Michael Bunn, Ex-wife Tricia Mosley, Aunts Sue, Veronica, Judy & Shirley, Uncles Albert & Mike, as well as numerous Cousins including Alexis Guldbech and Samantha Gomez. And of course his faithful dog Chico. I will always remember.
