Arline Lezcano Obituary

Arline Lezcano December 11, 1937-November 7, 2006 Resident of Walnut Creek Arline went to heaven on November 7th, following a nearly four-year battle with breast cancer that she fought to the very end. Her children and grandchildren were by her side. She was 68 years old. She grew up in San Francisco, graduated from Immaculate Conception Academy in 1955 and St. Joseph's School of Nursing in 1958. She worked at the old French Hospital in the City until 1968, then at Kaiser in Walnut Creek, retiring in 1999 after nearly 42 years as an RN. Arline was predeceased by her husband Edgar in 2003. She is survived by her children Ed, Emily (Juan), Rich (Jennifer), and Bob (Cyndi); six beloved grandchildren, Alexa, Christina, Jacob, Joshua, Nicolaus and Elijah; sister, Donnagene Robbs; nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Sat., Nov. 11, 2006 at 11 am at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Walnut Creek. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to the American Cancer Society.
