Don,
I known and worked with Cynthia and never seen anybody like her. She is wonderful person and It is great loss for us in Caltrans. She was very much concerned and having very good attitude with everyone that she is dealing with. May her soul rest in peace and she will be always remembered.

Don, Bob and families - Cindy was such a precious angel who enhanced the lives of all she came in contact with. In our working together for more than 30 years, I have never met a single person that did not have a positive reaction to their encounter. Always professional, forever friendly. I will miss her so much, but will cherish my memory of her for the rest of my life. May she rest in peace.

To the Stratton Family: I have so many memories of our friendship that began as we worked together at CALTRANS. But, the most cherish memories for me and others were that we shared a everlasting friendship because of Cindy's giving of her life with all of us. May you be comforted that she was well loved by her friends and will never be forgotten by me!

Don and Family - It still does not seem real that your precious lady is no loger here with us in body. Her spirit will never die, and her memory will stay with us forever.
