Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. After the Giants win last night, my first thoughts were of my dear cousin, David - I just know that won because of you.

We love you and will miss you deeply.

I will miss that grin more than anything my old friend. You are a kind and gentle man who will be missed by many. We began our 2nd chance at life together. Now you will need to wait for me on the other side. Save me a seat.

Dave, a Native Son of San Francisco, was such a super guy, always with a kind word to share, a story to tell and had a caring, giving heart. He will be missed by so many people. I have many great memories of growing up with him, Tom, Steve and Jerry. Boy, I used to get us all into so much trouble back then, but I wouldn't trade those times for anything in the world. Dave really was one of the good guys who made the world around him a better place.
I'll miss you Dave...

My dear, loving friend of nearly 25 years---I shall miss you more than these mere words can convey. You were such a friend and guiding star to many...so now you are where stars shine brightest. You leave such a hole in my heart, and the hearts of many of your family and friends.
Until we meet again, may the Good Lord hold you in the palm of His hand.

My condolences to Dave's family. I went to Saint Ignatius with Dave; I know we were in the same class (1G) as freshman. We were not close. Nevertheless, it is difficult to see that another of our classmates has crossed over. God bless. Joe Butchart (Hayward,CA)

My heartfelt condolences to David's family. Dave and my husband Phil have known each other since they were 5 years old. When I married Phil, it seemed like Dave was part of the package. The two of them were best friends forever - and through the years, Dave became like a brother to me. He was very special to our family - and he will be terribly missed.
God Bless our dear friend David. From Maureen and Phil Cornyn
