Gene was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. His presence was important to all of his fellow SF Oldtimers and his passing leaves a loss that will not be replaced.
My deepest sympathy to his family.

Our heartfelt condolences to June and the entire family. Gene was a
Prince of a man in every way! Thoughtful doesn't even begin to cover
how nice he always was. We will always remember his wonderful smile
and inclusive ways. May he be at Peace with the Lord.o

Our deepest sympathy goe out to Gene's family. I knew him from his days taking tickets at Sacred Heart Cathedral games. He knew my dad from the Old Timers Baseball Association. He was always a pleasure to talk to and took interest in how the teams were doing. My son always enjoyed stopping to talk to Gene & Bill when entering the gym. He was a friendly, caring person. He will be missed but heaven just go that much better.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Gaviglio family. Gene was admired by all his friends and others who he would meet at functions, such as my Reno trips. I felt he was a kind and gentle person. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. God has invited Gene into his kingdom... May his family find peace in knowing that.
