Eunice Barbara Kovach
Died peacefully on Monday, March 4, with her family by her side. She was born in Middle River, MN. on December 27, 1928. She graduated from Middle River High School then moved to California where she enjoyed a modeling career in Hollywood and San Francisco. She met the love of her life in San Francisco, married, and raised her family there. They were married for 64 years. She had a quick memory for facts and dates, enjoyed sewing and crafting and loved entertaining. She often cooked the holiday meals for 20-30 people. She enjoyed trips to Reno and time spent watching the grandkids and great-grand kids growing up. She is survived by her daughters, Pat Zetah (Ted), Debbie Smith (Quentin); grandchildren, Jen Bell (Michael) and Michelle Zetah, Marty Smith, Sam Smith; great-grandchildren Abby and Dylan Bell; sister Roslyn Mazzaferri; brother Gordon Wallin; sister-in-law Lorraine Reisinger and other treasured family and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Frank who passed away on January 20, 2013 and her son Frank Kovach Jr., in 1984. Appreciation to the staff and friends at Kaiser Hospital.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 12, 1 pm in the Tiffany Chapel, CYPRESS LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 1370 El Camino Real, Colma, CA. Interment Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, after which friends are invited to join the family for a reception in the Cypress Lawn Reception Center.
