Harvey Bailey

Harvey Bailey Was born May 17, 1925 in Paris, TX. He was the third of four children. He went to school at Gibbon's High School in Paris, Tx. Harvey married Francis Green and had one child, Francile, who preceded in him in death. They moved to San Francisco, CA in 1946 and he started working as a Muni Operator. He opened his own business, Atlas Engine & Transmission, in 1960. Harvey and Elvie met in 1969 and married in 1971. They sold their business in 1995 to pursue other interests. He was a member of Bayview Baptist Church, where he served as an usher and also Chairman of the Trustee Board. Harvey entered into eternal rest on October 5, 2010. He leaves behind, his beloved wife, Elvie; brother, Lawrence; granddaughter, Francetta; four great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
