Jack G. Brown, 96, of Redwood City, CA, passed away in his sleep on September 4th, 2013.
Jack was born in Los Angeles, CA on June 18th, 1917 to Rose & Joseph Brown. He was married to Ferne Brown (d. 1/21/95) for 45 years.
Truly a Jack-of-all-trades, he worked in the garment industry, delivered ice, managed a deli, labored in the motion picture industry, served in the Army Air Corps during WWII, built homes, assembled The Spruce Goose (Hughes Aircraft), worked in aerospace & consulting, was involved with The Apollo Program (North American Rockwell), did commercial photography, loved art, cooking, traveling, nature, and family.
Jack was predeceased by his brother, Albert, and is survived by his sister, Frances Young; children, Joseph, David, and Julia; grandchildren, Sarah (Conner), and Jordan; great-grandson, Wendell Jack.
