James Francis Sinnott (Frank) was born in Dublin, Ireland on September 22, 1931. Frank passed away peacefully on January 1, 2017. Son of Patrick Joseph Sinnott and Catherine Clinton.He is survived by his dearly beloved esteemed sisters Aileen Collins and Pauline Ryan along with many loving nephews, nieces and their families, along with long-time friends who will remember him with great love, not only for his kindness and generosity but as a world class raconteur and bon vivant.
Upon graduation from Fordham University, Frank began a career in the Insurance Industry and continued as a very successful Insurance Broker until his retirement from Marsh & McLennan (previously with the firm of Johnson & Higgins which was acquired by Marsh).
Frank has been a resident of The Stratford for the past 3 years and was known for being a golf enthusiast, a member of the Olympic Club where he served as a past president of the SGA Seniors Group Association.
He very much enjoyed his travels to Italy and annual visits to Ireland. He enjoyed reading and was very fond of history.
Know as a true "Gentlemen", Frank will be dearly missed.
A private Celebration of Life will be held in Frank's honor. Donations may be made to the Sequoia Hospital Foundation.
