Jim Cowal Obituary

James (Jim) Cowal March 13, 1953 - Dec. 27, 2010 Jim was born at St. Francis Hospital in San Francisco. He grew up in San Mateo going to Fiesta Garden Borel and graduating from Hillsdale High in 1971. Jim had worked for Don Hoy Mfg. in South San Francisco and Pyromet in San Carlos and was a member of the Machinist's Union. He then worked for the Belmont County Water District. This was his favorite job because he was outdoors all day. Jim was a big fan of football, good weed, and a cold Coors beer. He also enjoyed the Grateful Dead, for tunes and cutting curves on a motorcycle. He will be missed dearly. Jim's ashes will be scattered privately. See Ya!

I remember working with you Jim at the Belmont Water District. You and I shared some laughs in the mornings. I always thought you were a sweet man.

May you now rest in peace.

Jim, RIP. You, Mark, Shaun, Dave and so many others are all now partying without any rules or pain. A toast to you with a cold Coors riding around in that really cool car.
