John Lee Obituary

John Lee Born in San Francisco on April 30, 1932. Passed away on September 19, 2010. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife Leona. John was the loving father of Craig and Cindy; caring father-in-law of Joanne and Robert; loving grandfather of Christopher, Jeffrey, Sean, Stephanie and Caitlin; brother of Cathy, Everett, and Robert; brother-in-law of Frank, Pat, Sylvia, Elberta, Robert, Douglas, Jennifer, Buddy and Jeannie. John is also warmly remembered by many nephews, nieces, and friends. Throughout his life John supported his family and the community by working and volunteering. He worked at only one employer, Fritz Companies, his entire career. He was active at Donaldina Cameron House, Presbyterian Church in Chinatown and Covenant Presbyterian Church. John was a 49er faithful and giant Giants fan, and more recently a golf fan. John will be dearly missed. Part of him will live forever in our hearts and our memories. A Memorial Service and reception will be held on Saturday, October 2 at Presbyterian Church in Chinatown, 925 Stockton Street, San Francisco at 2:00 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Presbyterian Church in Chinatown, Donaldina Cameron House and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
