Joseph Espinosa Obituary
Joseph Matthew Espinosa 8/12/1935 - 8/24/2010 Resident of Livermore A native of San Francisco, he graduated from Balboa High School in 1953. He served in the US Army, stationed in Germany in 1954. After his military service, he was hired by the Mountain View Fire Department. He was a Firefighter, Inspector, Engineer and Fire Captain. He served for 29 1/2 years until his retirement in 1991. He was active in the Firefighters Union, holding several offices. He was also an active committee member of the Firefighters Rodeo. He is survived by his wife, Nadine, sons John, David and Joey, daughter Linda, and grandchildren Shaina, Nica, Aldo, Gemma and Leo. He will be missed by all of his family and friends. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 3, 11 am at St. Michael Church, 458 Maple Street, Livermore. A reception will follow at St. Michael Parish Large Hall. All friends and family are invited to attend.
