Lois Stone

Lois Elaine Lindeman Stone May 21, 1924 - October 18, 2010 Passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 86 in Folsom, California. Lois was born in San Francisco to William Randall Lindeman and Madeline Teresa Rousseau and graduated from George Washington High School. She married Richard B. Stone on December 29, 1945 and they raised four children in Redwood City. Lois and Richard were married for over 63 years until his passing in April of 2009. Lois fervently loved her family and her greatest moments were spent with family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, quilting, square dancing and arts and crafts. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Lois was preceded in death by her parents and brothers William, Robert and Raymond. She is survived by her son Tom Stone (Roberta) of San Carlos; daughter Marcia Coburn (David) of Folsom; son Richard Stone (Michelle) of Twain Harte, and son Douglas Stone (Joan) of Hillsborough; eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A memorial service is planned for Friday, October 22nd at 11:00 AM at Crosby N. Gray & Co., 2 Park Road, Burlingame.
