Many memories of you Grandma!! I miss you and think of you often. You don´t know this but you were my strength & inspiration when I decided to leave California knowing I would not have any family or friends in Arkansas. I thought about when you left Central America and how young you were & you had my mother 2 years old at the time, to come to USA, California. It had to be a little scary leaving your family & friends but more so not understanding English...but you did it! So Thank you for your courage for I get that from you. It´s still hard to believe it´s been years now since you passed maybe because I carry you close in my heart. Love you always and forever until we meet again.

My mom was a wonderful woman! She lived for her children sacrificing her happiness for theirs. I only wish I had been a better son to her. I feel I could have done much more. It's something I have to live with. I hope my daily prayers for her will make up for my lack of empathy. I know God has a real nice place in heaven for my mom. I will always love you mom!

In loving memory of the most feisty, determined woman, my mother, you were able to get to age 93 with these characteristics. She always said how lucky she was to have good health at her age, and was very thankful to God.
She saw beauty in the simplest of things. She loved nature, art and music. She wanted me to take her to the impressionist exhibit at the De Young, sorry mom we didn't make it. She listened patiently to all our whoas, and said she prayed for all of us daily. I have may fond memories and even towards the end when things were challenging. You'll be forever in my heart. Rest in peace mom.
