I am saddened that he's gone. Wish I would have looked him up years ago. He, his wife and babies were our neighbors in the early 1970's in Los Angeles. They were very kind to my sisters and I (and the other neighborhood children). One day Ross took us out of our neighborhood bubble on a bicycle ride to the downtown library and City Hall building. Really opened our eyes. When I grew up I ended up with a great career at that very City Hall. Ross & his wife were wonderful to us. I still have the birthday cards they gave to me with a one dollar bill. Will cherish his memory forever.
