Kamal Singh Birak
January 27, 1959 – July 26, 2014 Resident of Daly CityOur beloved Kamal passed away unexpectedly at the age of 55 in Seattle, WA. Kamal was born in Nausori, Fiji Islands to Harbans and Taru Birak. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He was an active member in his community and his zest for life and positivity were infectious. His generosity and selflessness was unparalleled. Kamal touched the lives of everyone he met, and he always poured his heart into everything he did!
In celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary they decided to go on his dream vacation, a cruise to Alaska and being who Kamal was, not only did he take his wife he took his children. His lifelong dream was fulfilled. While on the cruise his wife asked what he thought of it and he said "it was the best...beyond expectation!"
Words can not describe how much he will be missed by so many! He is survived by his loving wife Balvinder and his children Arjan and Amrit. He also leaves behind his parents, his sisters Preet, Sunil and their families, his brother Ranjit and his family.
We love you Kamal!!!
Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 9544, on Saturday August 2, 2014 at 12:30 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made for the children to:
