Mrs. Betty Jane Quinn

A Redwood City local for over 73 years, who was 91 years young, died peacefully at her home on Monday, August 4, 2014.
She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Pre-deceased by her husband of 48 years, Homer E. Quinn and their son Kenneth E. Quinn. Survived by her son Rex C. Quinn (Denise), daughter Melissa F. Utecht (Bruce), 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Also by her loving 4-legged companion, dog Tequilla.
Born in San Francisco on January 25, 1923 to Ralph and Julia Bullard. Pre-deceased by her loving siblings Walter (Bud) Bullard, Beatrice Bowers and Bernice De Mar.
She loved life and never left the house "without her face on", her hair done and dressed to the nines. Her spunk and sassiness left a remarkable impression with everyone who was fortunate enough to cross her path.
She was a homemaker and life time member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
We would like to thank her caregivers, Daisy, Helen and Fran for the wonderful care and love she received. Also Pathways Hospice for helping her with her final journey.
She will missed by all, especially her loving family.
Family and friends are invited to attend Memorial Service on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 11:00am at Redwood Chapel, 847 Woodside Road, Redwood City, CA 94061.
