Ned was a life-long, successful entrepreneur running Super K Market in SF's Richmond district for over 40 years. He put a high premium on customer service and built life-long friendships with many of his customers, who along with his family gave him his greatest pleasure. His service to the community went beyond filling cupboards. He called upon his elderly and home-bound customers frequently and often employed people who needed a fresh start in life. His faith in others was enduring. Ned will be sorely missed and live forever in our hearts.
Vigil services will be held on 8/21 at 7 pm, St. George Orthodox Church, 399 San Fernando Way, San Francisco, where funeral services will also be celebrated on 8/22 at 11 am followed by interment at the Greek Orthodox Cemetery, Colma.
