Gertrude M. Winters In San Francisco August 18, 2009; Aged 91 years. Dear wife of the late Raymond W. Winters; loving mother of Gregory (Andrea) Winters (Capt. SFPD Ret.); dear grandmother of Raymond (Melissa) Winters and Kathryn (Ana) Winters; dear great-grandmother of Daniela, Alessandra, Isabella and Enric Winters, Jaeda and Andre Keeler; dearest sister of Lorraine Rapp; loving aunt of Charles Rapp, John Rapp, Jeanne Dallara and William Rapp; special friend to Henry (Hank) Martinez. Retired from US Steel (So. San Francisco). Gertrude was a champion bowler, a graduate of St. Paul's High School, class of 1935 and Den Mother, Pack #122 at Most Holy Redeemer. She was a long time parishioner of Most Holy Redeemer Parish, a lifelong Democrat and a native of San Francisco. Family and friends may call Monday after 3:OOPM at SULLIVAN'S FUNERAL HOME, 2254 Market St., bet. Noe and Sanchez Sts. where the Vigil Service will be at 7:00 PM and are invited to the funeral Tuesday departing the mortuary at 9:30 AM then to Most Holy Redeemer Church for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Committal Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations in Gertrude's memory preferred to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 169 Stillman Ave., San Francisco, CA 94107.
