Lillian Durazzo Obituary
Lillian Moreno Durazzo It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Lillian Moreno Durazzo on March 24, 2010. She was born on October 16, 1917 in Tucson, Az. She was the daughter of Refugio and Leonardo Moreno, the sister of Ernest Moreno as well as the loving mother of David Daniel Durazzo and Mary Ann Durazzo. All are deceased. She has resided in Burlingame, California since 1943. She died in the presence of her family. Lillian is survived by her seven loving children: Lani (Durazzo) Donohoe-Ciotek, Robert Durazzo, Richard Durazzo, Paul Durazzo, Martha (Durazzo) Grace, Carl Durazzo and Rene Durazzo. Son-in law Mark Ciotek, Daughter-in-laws Carol Durazzo, Bernadette Casey Durazzo and Pat Christen. Fifteen Grandchildren and Eighteen Great Grandchildren. After working several years for the Hillsborough School District, Lillian devoted many years as a Peninsula Hospital Volunteer. She spent her free time enjoying bridge, dining out and family gatherings. At her request a Rosary will be held at Crosby-N. Gray & Co., #2 Park Road in Burlingame, California at 7:00 pm, Monday April 5th. Also a Memorial Mass will, be held at Our Lady of Angels Church, Burlingame at 9:30 am, on Saturday, April 10th. Donations are preferred to be given in Memory of her youngest deceased child David Durazzo to the Poplar Center, 11764 Marco Polo Way, Burlingame, CA. God Bless You Mom, we will miss you dearly.
