Donald L. Galine Ppassed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on Saturday, May 15, 2010 after an 11 month long battle with brain cancer. Don was born in Berkeley, California, on December 10, 1945. Don became a lawyer in November 1978, and was passionate about practicing law, mentoring and educating young lawyers, advocating for his clients and working in many areas with the Consumer Attorneys of California. Don was equally passionate about swimming and was a National Champion in the U.S. Master's Swimming Program. Poker was also a favorite past time. Don lived life fully and enthusiastically. He will live in the hearts, minds and spirits of his many friends and will be forever missed by Sue, his wife, his children, Allison, Brett and new son-in-law, Brian Poggetti, his brother Bill and wife Vicki. His life will be celebrated privately. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Donald L.
