Craig Morgan Obituary
Craig Anthony Morgan Concord Resident Craig Anthony Morgan, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning, Dec. 3, 2010. Craig was born Jan. 7, 1955 in San Francisco, CA, one of six children of William Francis Morgan and Margaret Mary Thoney Morgan. He grew up and attended schools in San Francisco, and has resided the past 7 years in Concord. Craig worked for 30 years in commercial cement and construction, including 21 years for Viacom Cable company, and as a Cement Inspector for Cement Testing Service in Pleasanton for the past 2 years. Craig's passion was caring for his family, and he was known to be generous to a fault. He was a faithful parishioner at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Concord. He also loved cooking for family and friends, bowling, collecting classic movies, and was an avid and lifelong San Francisco 49er Football and Giants Baseball fan. Craig will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 7 years, Delilah Williams of Concord; beloved siblings Kathleen Alice Morgan-Clark (Trey) of San Bruno, CA; William Francis Morgan (partner Robert Meehan) of Walnut Creek, CA; Karen Anne Morgan (Christopher Duran) of Oakley, CA; and Patricia Ann Morgan-Urrutia (Albert) of Hillsborough, CA; beloved sister-in-law Yolanda Dulay; beloved brothers-in-law, Leo and Cecil Dulay; numerous adoring nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, John Albert Morgan in 1973. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wed., Dec. 8, 2010 with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. at Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel, 4125 Clayton Road, Concord, CA. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 5562 Clayton Road, Concord. Burial will follow at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo. Memorial contributions may be made to A.R.F.
