Obituary Condolences

Lee Stuart Paulson Born April 24, 1946 in San Francisco, California to Howard and Marion Paulson, passed away on June 9, 2011 near his home in Eastpoint, Florida. He graduated from George Washington High School and went on to attend City College of San Francisco. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a Clamper, and a Cancer survivor, and worked for Bank of America early in his career. Later in life, he pursued a career in hospitality that involved bartending, serving, and managing, and even owning a business of his own, The My House bar, in San Francisco. In 1992, Lee moved from California to northwest Florida to live a calmer lifestyle after fighting, and winning, a battle with throat Cancer. He is survived by his longtime girlfriend Karen Elliott of Eastpoint, and two daughters, Stacy Mathis of San Francisco, and Mimi Paulson of Antioch, California. He was preceded in death by his parents. His presence everywhere will be missed, as he was well loved by all whose lives he touched. At his request, there will be no funeral services, and his ashes are to be spread in the Gulf of Mexico at a later date, which will include a public ceremony. There will be an additional Celebration of Life party held in San Francisco. Inquire at S2S2Stacy@gmail.com for information regarding both.
