John D. Halverson 51, passed away unexpectedly on November 16, 2011. John was born April 9, 1960 in Red Bank New Jersey to the late Jared and Elizabeth Halverson and was a Senior Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title, San Francisco. John grew up in Shrewsbury New Jersey and attended the University of Texas at Austin. John loved the arts, travel, entertaining friends and had a great sense of humor and gregarious personality that could fill a room. He will be dearly missed by all of those that loved him and fondly remembered by those who knew him. He is survived by his brother Jay, nieces Jill, Elizabeth, Jordan, and Kelsey, nephews Jared, Tyler and Matthew, partner Robert Ramos and was predeceased by his twin sister Sue and sister Karen. A memorial celebration of John's life will be held on December 3, 2011 at Sullivan's Funeral Home, 2254 Market Street, San Francisco, beginning at 1, service and farewell toast at 2 and repast at 3.
