It is now 2024 and I just discovered a book by her (Creative Procrastination) and since I am both creative and a frequent procrastinator, I thought I have to read it; I then felt obligated to find out more about the author- I was born in Sacramento California 53 years ago, and discovered that she also was familiar with the state of California- I was then impressed with the philosophy and psychology degrees ! I am now a huge fan and owe her a debt of gratitude - Thanks !!! I am about to move from Maryland to Montana (and we are driving there) I will be reading this book on the way and know that I will learn a lot from it

It is seldom one encounters a woman living life to the fullest helping others overcome difficulties with transitioning from problems to understanding and growth. It was my pleasure to share a few hours with her. Sarah Gallahar

Dear Frieda was a beautiful woman. She led a dignified, exemplary life...never complaining, despite her weakness before she passed on. She is now at peace.

Her devoted family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Lovingly,

Sister Esther, St. Mary's Cathedral
