Proud of his Basque heritage and a long-time member of Basque Cultural Center.
Vigil service will be held 4/24/17 at 7:00pm, Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave, Daly City. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 4/25/17 at 10:00am at Notre Dame des Victoire Church, 566 Bush St in San Francisco.
Donations may be made to SPCA.
