CHRISTINE BATES (ROZAK)
Beloved daughter of Mr. Charles (Tony) and Doris Bates passed away Saturday morning, November 16, 2013, after a three year battle with cancer. Her parents and siblings, John, Tony, Danny and Sarah, are grieving her passing as are her loving sons, Brian and Kevin, and her (separated) husband, Bruce. A true believer in Christ her Savior we know she is in a better place.
Christine was born September 21, 1960 in Yorkshire, Middleborough, England. When she was two years old she immigrated with her parents (50 years ago this year) and attended Blessed Sacrament in Hollywood, where she lived with her family until the family moved to Van Nuys, CA, where she grew up. She is survived by everyone mentioned above and nephews, Andrew Bates, Ryan and Sean Bates and Justin Rodriguez. Words can not express our grief and this obituary can not describe her life or what she means to us all. She was too beautiful for this world and is now finally in the complete, all giving, love and bliss of GOD. Until we see you again, we will miss you.

In loving memory of Chris, a wonderful person who I'll miss as a friend. Chris and I attended high school together and it is hard to believe she has tragically passed, but I know she is in a good place in the light of God's love.
