I am so sorry to here of Fred passing away, what an awesome blessing it was to have known Fred, He was caring, thoughtful of others and very funny. I learned so much from Him as a Young Man just starting out My Family. He was A Mentor to Me not by words but how He Presented and Conducted His Life, He enjoyed life, You could see it through His eyes and feel it in His presence when You were around Him. When He was the CEO for Armline, We had just moved into the new Building on Reservoir in Pomona, one Saturday when I showed up to prepare for the following Monday, I was planning on where to stock certain items so when My Receiving crew showed up on Monday they could go straight to work because We had a lot of product all over to stock, When Fred showed up He went out to the Warehouse to see what all that noise was, and instead of Fred doing His CEO Work that He came in to do He tucked His tie into His shirt and rolled His sleeves up and jumped on the fork lift and together We Put away a whole lot more stock then I had anticipated on doing, come Monday there was almost nothing left for My Crew, I tell You! I had a hard time keeping up with Fred. Fred really cared about everything that He had in front of Him, Today I care for everything that's in front Me, This is what He taught Me. I thank God that I had the honor to talk to Him about five months ago. I was able to thank Him for being a mentor to Me and that I carried a lot of His Characteristics with out Me realizing it. I also told Him I kept His Mother In law Jokes, He laughed and said oh My!! that's funny. And I also had to apologize for not bringing Him that 1st place trophy of that all Flooring softball Tournament in Cerritos, ca though we took second twice out of about 100 teams. His responce was wow! what a great time and great People that We had at Armline. God Bless You
Fred,

Suzanne and family:

Sarah and I share your grief as you deal with the loss of this wonderful man. Fred was truly the friend of all. He was compassionate, loyal, humorous, and open hearted to everyone who knew him. He was a true gentleman, and a dedicated volunteer. All of us have lost a companion we really cared about.

I am very sorry to know of Fred passing away. He was friends with my dad, John Cashion, in Pomona Rotary. My dad passed away in April of this year. Also, I was a princess at the fair during Fred's time there and we used to go to Mexico with the Rotary. Remember the best memories and things will go easier. Take care.
