JANET HALVERSON-TUCKER Obituary

HALVERSON-TUCKER 78, of Alta Loma passed away October 2, 2010 at Rancho Specialty Hospital in Rancho Cucamonga into the arms of her heavenyly family, her family holding her in their arms. She was born June 2, 1932 in Three Rivers, MI and lived in Alta Loma for many years. She worked as a Reading Resource Aid for a number of years. Her hobbies included sewing, quilting, painting, needlework, doll making, NASCAR, and caring for cats. Janet was very creative with her hands and her heart. Those of us who cherish her handmade gifts know we truly got a gift from her heart, making us all feel loved and special Janet, is survived by husband, Ray Tucker, children Doug (Shelley) Halverson, Kathi (Greg) Russell, David (Cathy) Halverson, step-children Teresa, Tim & Mary, sister, Rosemarie Born, grandchildren Heidi (Ryan) Leach, Andrew (Danica) Halverson, Eric Halverson Julie (David) Maxson, Kerri (Damian) Brown, Laury (Matt) Hoover, Holly (Casey) Hubble, Joseph and Tarra Halverson, Natalie and Jimmy Halverson, numerous great grandchildren, 2 on the way and cats, Beau, Charlie and Willie. She is preceded in death by son Joseph B. Halverson, and sister Joan Telfer. Visitation will be held from 5-8PM on Monday, October 11, 2010 at Stone Chapel. Services will be held on Tuesday, October 12th at 10AM at Stone Chapel. Interment will be in Bellevue Cemetery. Stone Funeral Home, Upland in charge of arrangements.
